Directions: Bring a medium-sized pot of spring or purified water to a boil. Add 2 table spoons of Sunshine Vaginal Steam Herbal Blend. Allow to boil for 2 -3 minutes. Carefully transfer water and herbs to a steam pot of your choice. Ensure the temperature and heat of steam are tolerable before squatting over or sitting on steam pot. Enjoy your steam for 30 minutes. Carefully discard used herbs and water afterwards. Do not steam if pregnant.
